Photography enthusiast and collector Douglas So created f22 foto space, a photo gallery, vintage camera shop and Leica mecca all in one. The 1920s-inspired decor is the work of local studio LAAB Architects, who created a modern art deco interior with an ambience akin to that of British private clubs by using dark hardwood, elegant mouldings and bespoke brass details. On display are some of the rarest and finest cameras and lenses from around the world, the huge, 24K gold-plated Fake Leica sculpture by Chinese artist Liao Yibai, and curated photo exhibitions honouring local heroes and international stars such as James Chung, Elliott Erwitt and Marc Riboud.
