Founded in 2021, Dress Green is a social enterprise committed to promoting sustainability through innovative design and community empowerment. We have been providing textile upcycling services and upcycling workshops to various companies, schools and individuals. We empower underprivileged groups, including people with disabilities and the elderly by providing them with jobs and upskilling opportunities.
The unique school and corporate souvenirs we designed using old uniforms have won DFA Design for Asia Award 2022, Singapore Good Design Award 2023, and Hong Kong Smart Design Award 2022 and 2024.
Since 2021, Dress Green has provided over 5,000 hours of working opportunities and generated over HK$300K income to underprivileged groups, provided upcycling service to 30+ corporates and schools, and provided over 1,000 hours of upcycling workshops to students and general public to educate them on sustainability. Our story is featured by over 20 media, including AM730, Forbes, HK Economic Times, HK01, Hoy TV, Metro Broadcast, Ming Pao, Now TV, Orange News, RTHK, Sing Tao, Viu TV, Weekend HK, and WenWeiPo, etc.
